"Customer Service is Garbage"
I was a loyal customer for 6 years. System broke and was not communicating. Fluent didnt even notice. Had an alarm for 3 minutes noone called or even checked. Had to rip out the battery to make it stop so it didnt wake up my kids.
When called to get a fix was going to be 16 days before a tech could even come. I then decided to cancel and the rep on the phone was extremely rude saying I wanted to waste my money that was up to me. Saying 16 days was a reasonable time for repairs.
Terrible business model and I dont believe the system has worked in months and the company hasnt even noticed.
I would not recommend at all.

Thought I would come on here because apparently making a review on Google does nothing for fluent. *****DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING FLUENT****** I got stuck into a 5 year contract when the salesperson only said 3! My doorbell camera has been on and off ever since they have installed it, the door piece has sense came off on our back door. And when I called them in the past to tell them the camera was not working (they had to replace it in the past when it wasn’t working by the way) they said it would cost me $70 to have them come out when I pay them $60+ a month to have a service that dosent even work! Do yourself a favor and report these thieves to the BBB as well as leave them a review on anything possible because we all know they are not reaching out to help us.

If you are contracted by this company hang up the phone or slam the door.
I am still waiting for someone to reach out to me about a complaint.
Calls were made and letters were written and still no response.
This company dishonest and customer service are rude and insulting.
DO NOT sign up with this company. I repeat DO NOT sign up with company.
They will respond to this review and ALL reviews that they will look into the matter and get back to you.
DO NOT fall for this lie. They never get back to you. It's a cookie cut reply.
I only that I can save someone from making the same mistake that I did and hope a miracle will happen and I can end this nightmare.

"Be careful"
Tech support took over 90 minutes to determine I need a new window sensor at a cost of $75 for a basic window sensor.
Be careful when signing the contract on a tablet with only a signature line. Terms and conditions were not the same as the sales person presented. So much for trusting a security company.
Also be aware of automatic renewal. That should say enough about a company, if they require 30 days notice not to continue service at the end of the contract or it will be automatically renewed for the length of the original term. Decide for yourself if a great company would have that practice

This company is really nasty. Poor customer service, hidden fees, auto renewals at higher prices, and did I mention how awful their customer facing groups are?
I promise you, this is not the company you want.

the installation was delayed multiple times, we had to make multiple calls. The lady on the phone taking our payment was rude as well

The associate that I spoke with about the carbon dioxide detector argued with me about when it was installed . When I asked to speak with a supervisor I wS placed on hold for several minutes and then the same representative came back on the line and said that I was wrong on when the detector was installed. I asked for the supervisor again and he said that it was going to be a while and again started to argue with me. I got frustrated and told him never mind and that I would be changing alarm companies when my contract is up. And I hung up.. And as of now I still have not received a call or any other type of communication from Fluent.
