I had Fluent install a new thermostat. The appointment was for May 27. The guy has some spare time on Friday the 26th came and installed it and re-programmed everything.

"AVOID at all costs!!!"
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are completely dishonest. They deceive you into a predatory contract that only serves to shield them from taking care of their customers. No support whatsoever when their shoddy equipment fails. You do all the troubleshooting for them, only to have them say, "The equipment is faulty. Thanks for spending your time diagnosing our malfunctioning device. Now pay us $20 to ship you more faulty equipment after you spent your time to diagnose. (And the customer gets to install it too!!! Yay!!!) NO we WON'T waive the $20 because the contract says we don't have to." How is that customer service? Who would enter into a contract with them if you knew how you would be treated when help was needed? Oh, and don't forget, if you don't notify them that you want to cancel, the contract automatically renews and the nightmare starts all over again! And good luck on getting a straight answer regarding when and how to cancel. Is it 30 days before the end of the contract? Is it 60 days? Do you call? Do you send a letter? An email?? I've been told different things by different representatives. Another tactic to confuse and rob the customer! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I was hung out to dry from Brinks home security. I had been paying for the monitoring system. But was not being monitored. This lasted for over a year. Finally was provided with a phone number that actually cared about my monitoring system. That is when I was provided with Fluent. Within a day of contacting Fluent my system is up and running fantastic. I warn everyone to stay away from Brinks.

Fluent rep said they'd contact me after I left a review , they wrote it under my review. They haven't contacted me. FLUENT IS A TERRIBLE SECURITY SYSTEM, WASTE OF MY MONEY!

"Don’t sign, they will never be reasonable"
I dislike that Fluent makes no compromises on contracts. I am going on more than a year that I have not lived in my previous home. I was forced to sell due to a divorce. I have paid a full year of the contract without living at this address. Yet they are not willing to compromise on the contract. Houses are bought and sold but they don’t seem to have any understanding of that. 3 years of payments and at this point they will not cancel the contract.

"I enjoy to use Fluent app"
I enjoy to use Fluent app, which gives me excellent and very timely report on the alarm system. It is also very useful for my members of the family. The equipment is functioning well and when I need I contact the station and have a detailed instruction how to resolve any issues. Once I need a technician to come, it will be provided. However, so far in 2 years of use of Fluent service, the remote service and advice was great
