"Cancelation overlooked"

We had numerous conversations with Fluent regarding the cancelation of their monitoring service VIA telephone and email.
Two years after receiving nothing from Fluent we received a bill for NOT monitoring a system that was no longer in our house for over 2 years?
We met our obligation paid in full for all the equipment and cancelled the monitoring service yet still after two years get a warning that if we don't pay for service which was not provided they will cancel the service "which never existed" and go to collections.
My suggestion is for Fluent staff to keep better records of conversations and emails so this does not happen again.
I hope this is resolved soon.

"Everything went wrong"

Everything went wrong. From the alarm installation to the solar panels not working after being installed for 3 1/2 months. Fired sales person. Poor customer services. Now you guys canceled the tech to fix it and get up and running. Don't know when it will be.

"The price of Fluent service is not bad…"

The price of Fluent service is not bad and offers many add ons. However, some of the features are very slow. For example when someone rings the doorbell I’ll get a notification and will try to see who is at the door, but when I open the app it says unable to connect. It records the live encounter, but doesn’t let you interact with the person at the door via camera and intercom. Overall it’s a 3 star service

"Great personal service"

Recently we had a security camera installed to monitor the driveway and front entrance. The installer was very friendly and informative. He installed the camera and set it up for us. Not only that but he also updated our panel software and replaced all of our sensor batteries. The panel battery was severely compromised and was starting to overheat and balloon. After replacing all of the batteries he did a full alarm system test and adjusted a few minor settings. I am very impressed with Fluent and their representatives and would highly recommend them to any potential new customer.

"Fluent was responsive to our concern on…"

Fluent was responsive to our concern on our sensor and had a new sensor sent out. Then they were very helpful in walking us through hair to install it through the monitor learning system. Now we just hope the sensor does its job and works for us. So far so good.
