I tried to get someone to help fix my smart porch light which is a part of my fluent system the technician had my disconnect the porch light from the system and he would call me later to fix the problem, but the problem still exist. I don’t know what to do to get the company to fix it

Tell me to get my own screw that was missing. Went to 4 hardware stores and could not find one. Bought one per your spec and it did not fit. Asked if they would send me one two days ago and haven’t heard anything since.

I am trying to cancel my service and keep getting the run around. I asked for my contract and was told it would be emailed to me within 3 days. It is 3 months and I have not received it. I phoned and wanted to cancel my service. Someone was supposed to get back to me later that day. It never happened. I called back several times with the same response “someone will get back to you by the end of the day!” When i installed the service I was told I could cancel anytime but obviously this is not the case.

You owe me from double charging my a/c in February. Also charged me for a battery I never received. You won’t give me my money back and I’m sick of you thinking this is ok. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!

Alarm system doesn’t work half the time, constant “rebooting” helps. Substantial delay in notifications.
Solar system is overpriced. You’re still on the grid, savings are not enough to cover costs. The “tax break” gets paid out over 2 years. Do yourself a favor and don’t do it!
