"My fluent system gives me great piece…"

My fluent system gives me great piece of mind in and away from my home. The cameras are high quality, the service has been excellent and everything has run flawlessly. I really enjoy being able to check cameras and lock and unlock doors from anywhere with the app. I recommend fluent to anyone looking for home security

"Scamming of 100 percent permanent and total disabled veteran."

This company in my opinion is scamming the elderly and disabled veterans.

Installing door bell security system. Door bell system failure, reported this to the company.

Company states that They Never Installed The Door Bell. But they would come and fix it for $100.00.

I told them I refuse to pay the $100.00 and told them they were scamming people and Do not want their services.

I am a 100 permanent and total disabled veteran who was shot in the head while serving my country.

Because I refused to pay. My service was disconnected per my request. Told them to quit all contact with me, harassment.

Come to find out Fluent kept billing me and sent a bill for $2.500 to collections.

Called collections and they didn't care what they did or didn't do. Requesting a letter from the collections agency to be sent to me.

This is all because Fluent Installed a doorbell, which they claim, they never installed.

I suffered a traumatic brain injury and these people took advantage of this and are Suing me, for their failures and out right lies.

Do not trust these people. They will lie to your face. Refuse to fix anything, unless you pay $100, each time they come to the house.

All they have to do is say, we can not fix it from here, so you will pay the $100.00 or Be sued down the road.

Great customer service. Makes efforts to make sure your service is top tier. Sales man are communicative an friendly. Suprised this isn’t a bigger company.

"Fluent is a predatory company, stay away!"

If I could give a 0 star, I would. We have had cameras that haven't worked since day 1, a tech out multiple times, just today we were told our cameras were old and that's why they weren't working. The techs never mentioned this to us before. 1 camera is 2 years old and the other is 3 years old. Doorbell camera hasn't worked for years, the panel is beeping. They tricked us into being on a contract when we had a panel replaced so we can't cancel our service and they make it almost impossible to cancel. One person tells you to call a number, then we're told to email, then there is a clause that states that you have to send them a written letter 60 days before your contract is up or they will automatically renew you.

Fluent has honestly been one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. This is a predatory company. Definitely stay away from this company.
