"Very poor customer service"
Very poor customer service. Was responsive when we wanted to purchase but stopped communicating when we made a complaint. All dining chairs ripped due to poor quality. They promised to send someone for over a year still nothing. One of the sofas also ripped and wood broken. We were told it will be replaced. It’s been 10 months and no communication. They don’t answer calls or reply to messages. The two seater is useless as we can’t sit on a broken sofa. I will completely avoid the company and patronise a reputable one. Complete waste of money on dining set and sofas of over £2000. A very big regret

"AWFUL experience"
BAD experience. DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought a sofa which was delivered in July. I requested a return. It has now been 2 months and no one has called me back to arrange collection despite email confirmation that the return was accepted. I have called and emailed too many times but am still waiting for a call back. The sofa is in the middle of the living room, no one has sat on it. I'm waiting to return it so I can buy a new one. What a nightmare!
I'm clearly considering legal action against this company. This is definitely a scam. Absolutely not to be recommended.

"I ordered two Brooklyn sofas"
I ordered two Brooklyn sofas. Delivered without a cushion and sitting on them felt like I was sitting on a box with towels on top.
I immediately requested a refund which they agreed to. The sofas were picked up in June and till date, despite numerous phone calls, email correspondences and promises to pay back, I am yet to receive my refund!
They have blamed a Paypal error which from some of the review above, I see is a common excuse they use. I have now reached out to PayPal to raise the dispute and I will be reporting this company as fraudulent and raise the issue with my bank.
Definitely not worth the hassle and I would advise to order from a more reputable company and give them a good miss.
I will definitely get my money back and intend to use every medium possible to get my money.
Next stop will be legal advice and possible representations!

"Don’t bother"
Initially I ordered two Rocky sofas, no problems at all so I decided to order a matching footstool.
The order was placed in February with a delivery date of 1st April. The date came with absolutely no communication from them so I contacted them for an update, they never reply to emails straightaway, you constantly have to chase them for updates. Finally, we were advised on 5th June that the order will be received at the end of June and they are offering a 30% discount due to the delay. The footstool didn’t arrive until 13th July so two weeks after they assured me and 5 months after the initial purchase.
I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the 30% discount, they have blamed a Paypal error for this which I know to be untrue.
I have emailed for an update three times on 19th July, 26th July and 3rd August with no reply from them.
Not worth the hassle and I would advise to order from a more reputable company to save yourself the stress.

"Don’t slack on your customer service."
This is the second set of sofas I have purchased from them.
I purchased the Rocky three and two seater sofas.
Excellent quality, so happy with my purchase.
Would have got five stars, but, this time round, had to chase up this order. Previously , I was kept informed throughout ordering. This time, I was left in the dark for ten weeks. I had to call for over a week to find out about my order.
I purchased again from them as the customer service first time round was excellent and the sofas are fab, but sadly, my recent experience was not as good.
Love my new sofas, can’t beat the price…..but pleas….keep customers informed about their orders…it makes a big difference!!!!

We purchased The Brooklyn sofa set from LISF. The furniture is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Absolutely no issues at all.
The delivery guys were very meticulous and professional, they have literally worked miracles to get the sofa down the stairs. I highly recommend LISF for your furniture needs.
