"I got a set of sofa (1,2 and 3 seaters)…"

I got a set of sofa (1,2 and 3 seaters) from LISF. The 3 seater kept making a squeaky sound as if broken. Someone came to replace it but the problem continued. Then they claimed they’d forgot to apply a beam support in the middle but this also didn’t fix the problem. It’s been months now and my complaints (calls, emails) are just being ignored now. They just claim they’ll call back but never do.

"I can't say any part of my experience…"

I can't say any part of my experience has been positive with this company.
Delayed sofa.. arrived 13 weeks after I ordered it. When it arrived it looked like a complete different sofa to what was listed on their website from the colour, size and material.
I contacted the company while the delivery men were still there they didn't answer. The delivery man got hold of the company and I raised my concerns. There were ink stains all over the cushions, the back of the sock has a crack in it as its bad from foam. The fabric is rippled and has dirty hand prints all over it. The sofa is damaged and I have requested new cushion covers but I have been ignored. I have sent them countless emails which evidence. Called hundreds of times and no one is getting back to me or there is no answer. What is the point of there being any form of warranty if the company won't contact you to honour it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £2K down the drain. I will be looking into legal action at this point. I have tried all other avenues

"POOR SERVICE"

I ordered the cream coloured rocky Chesterfield sofa after saving up in December. Waited six weeks to recive a brownish colour sofa. Reported that the sofa was the wrong colour and said I would get another one by 11 to 18th May.

I have exhausted myself with this Company by emails and phone calls to find out the delay in the Replacement.

Having been told they would be delivered on the 4th May between 7 to pm and 9pm.
Having closed my business early to get a train home early, I got a call at 10pm to say they will be delivering at 11pm that night.

When the sofa finally arrived some of the chairs had no cushions. After they were assembled the drivers did not leave until after midnight. By now I was exhausted and in tears because I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life and never thought buying my dream sofa would be an absolute nightmare.

I have asked for some of my money back as I saved up for ages to buy my sofa.

Truly disappointed.

"We are very pleased with our new sofa…"

We are very pleased with our new sofa arrived on time and honestly its better than what we expected was worried to buy without viewing as we are from Bexley and company based in Birmingham. Customer service and after sale are very helpful.

I do highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

"Sofa’s came with rust on them & the…"

Sofa’s came with rust on them & the cushions don’t even fit on the sofa. I’ve tried to contact the company many times and still nothing back. I was told by the delivery guys that they would send new items but havent received anything. I got my sofa’s in december!!

"Terrible company to deal with"

Worst experience I have ever had.
I was not going to leave a review, but I have lost my patience.
I ordered a sofa on 27.12.2023 with 100£ deposit. A few weeks later I called to ask if it was still possible to change the colour and I was promised that someone would contact me, of course, no one did. I assumed that it was too late for a change, which was fine.
Then I got a confirmation that my delievery will arrive on 22.02.2024, I got rid of my old sofa and I paid in full by PayPal credit. All I heard in the following weeks were just poor excuses for delayed delivery, including the colour change which had never been confirmed.
Eventualy, on 27.03 I cancelled the order after hearing "it will be with you next week" for like fifth time. I was expecting guests for the Easter weekend and I had nowhere to seat them. Received a comfirmation email stating that the refund would take up to 14 working days ( around 17.04, fair enough).
Then SOMEONE HAD THE GUTS to call me on 17.04, telling me that sofa had finally arrived at their location and to ask me if I wanted it delivered!!!! My answer was of course no.
As I never got my money back that week, I started calling and every time I was promised someone would call me back. Now I have got to the point, where I will be paying interest on the PayPal credit I used to pay for that sofa.
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO BUSINESS!!!

Had a great experience, Very professional and always kept us updated. I was able to get the sofa delivered within 4 weeks of ordering! and my sofas are very chic and comfy! Very recommended

Poor comms and sofas took months to arrive, when they did they had dirty and muddy toys inside the package yet they insisted the sofas were new. I complained and they ignored. Avoid.

I bought the Brooklyn green sofa set from Lisf, sofas are amazing and perfect for lounging and relaxing. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my sofa set purchase and the excellent service received from lisf. Happy customer!!
