"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever. Bought sofa in June 2024. Which came and they forget to bring cushions. They said they will post next day delivery which never happen.
Sofa breaked very next day and since then I am asking them to return but nothing happen till this date. Will not recommend any one.
I paid via bank transfer so unable to ask bank to refund. But will definitely take them to court.
