"I am very disappointed with my experience ordering a sofa from Lisf. After initially being told we’d receive a delivery date soon, we waited a full week with no update. I sent two follow-up emails, neither of which was acknowledged. When I called to check on the status, I was informed that there was a bank payment issue and was assured someone would get back to me that same evening. It’s now been four days, and I still haven’t received any response.

The lack of communication and the need to repeatedly chase for basic information is extremely frustrating and unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere. I expected much better customer service and clarity. Sadly, this experience has left me with no confidence in Lisf.
