I have rang that many times to sort out getting my insurance papers to be sent to me as I have not got a printer and get told it would be sent then I get a text saying no will be looking for another insurance company next year do not need this problem

OK second review. First one was slating, second confirms the first. Much as we had a phone call from 'customer services' the crap service remains the same. No correspondence since 9 june with a settlement offer!! Our first offer could have `been the banked the same day', but our final offer will take 21 says. You take our money at the time of insurance, give us our money at the time of settlement! Don't bother with customer service call, give us our money agreed by you!!!!
