"**DO NOT USE CLARKES' GOLF**"

The customer service received from Clarkes golf has been exceptionally poor. I spent £1000 with Clarkes in March 2021 on a top of the range M-Tech electric trolley with 36+ extended battery and Motocaddy accessory pack. The trolley was defective in a number of respects. It was only after several rounds of correspondence over many weeks that Clarkes finally agreed to replace the trolley. Terrible customer service. Clarkes then asked me to return the trolley to them via DPD, instead of collecting it. Awful service. Finding a box big/ strong enough to take the weight of the trolley was difficult. My wife had to drop the trolley off at a Bargain Booze. What? The defective trolley was then mistakenly returned to me via DPD. Mistakes happen. It took several days for Clarkes to confirm the error whereupon my wife had to take the trolley back to Bargain Booze! Disgraceful customer service. Several weeks later, I had to chase Clarkes for an update as to the replacement trolley, as it was now 9 months since the date of purchase. Clarkes responded to say that the M-Tech trolley I had purchased had since been discontinued and that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SUPPLEMENT OF £150 FOR THE LATEST M-TECH TROLLEY before they would send a replacement. A quite staggering position for Clarkes to adopt given the events of the previous 10 months. Despite me emailing and speaking with a manager at Clarkes (Sue) to express my dissatisfaction, Clarkes would not reconsider. American Golf or any other credible golf supplier would not treat its customers in this shocking way. I will never use Clarkes again and anybody out there considering doing so should be extremely wary. Go to a reputable supplier of golf equipment instead.

"An excellent 5 Star service from Kenny…"

An excellent 5 Star service from Kenny in store who took time to explain in a polite manner the benefits over the phone of the Footjoy Boa shoes to me which i then purchased. A great service and great price too, i will be back for other golfing gear.

"Unbelievable service"

Golf shoes ordered were much cheaper than anywhere else. Only took a couple of days to be delivered to Northern Ireland. Delivery free unlike other places who wanted to charge 15 pounds.

Highly recommended and brilliant service.

Ordered a pair of Callaway golf shoes on Wednesday morning delivered next day with there free delivery method dpd perfect would definitely use again and recomend also the shoes were £10 cheaper than anywhere else I could find online thanks Davie

"employee joe"

I ordered a callaway wedge over the phone for my wife with staff member Joe at their St Helens branch but the wrong wedge arrived. Joe stated that it was the fault of callaway and as I had previously ordered a number of items from them, they would send out a temporary wedge for my wife to use as there was a long delay in the correct product being delivered. He stated that when the correct wedge was available they would get the courier to collect the temporary wedge and deliver the correct wedge at the same time. All conversations being recorded as standard on a works phone. Anyway Joe contacts us to say the correct wedge is now in stock but he wants us to send the temporary wedge back before he will deliver the correct item. So he has changed what was agreed, we haven't used the temporary wedge because it isn't what we ordered, it is still in a brand new condition, just with the wrapping removed. What is important here and why CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE AWARE is that this company and this employee have gone back on what was agreed. They have delivered the wrong item, so why should i have to waste more time and effort to get the right outcome. How can I trust them, they got the order wrong not me, it was convenient of them to blame Callaway, very very unprofessional.

"The trousers I ordered were too long"

The trousers I ordered were too long. I returned them and within days a new shorter length pair arrived .Many thanks to Owen who phoned me to let me know about the exchange and when I could expect the replacement order. Customer service was excellent .Thank You

"I ordered the wrong size item"

I ordered the wrong size item, so I got in touch with them asked would it be possible for them to change to the correct size before it was sent out sure enough they changed it for me. Would highly Clarke’s Golf and will be using them again.

Ordered a pair of shoes online after 6 months shoes failed feared the worst but emailed them .Instant reply return arranged and prompt replacement sorted .
Great service will now be using Clarke’s golf exclusively for online golf purchases
