I had a selection of 6 cheeses which were superb. They were rich and full flavoured. My favourite was the smoked cheddar which was amazing! They arrived individually rapped in wax and transported in a cooled box. These would make an exceptional gift.

"What happened next……"
Firstly I have already left a review for this company and stand by that review for that experience.
However I would like to give a follow up review on what happened next!
I was contacted by Snowdonia cheese, who apologised for the incident over the Christmas period, they explained the problems and how they had been let down by couriers and how the company had made changes to help prevent these things happening again. Through the post I then received some complimentary cheese , which was delivered by dpd, a different courier than before. I have to be honest and say i am pleased at the level snowdonia cheese went to to sort my problems as my initial review is harsh but honest. They should have handled the problems simply with better communication. But they have gone out of their way to try and put this right and their words have resulted in actions! After this very positive development I would consider buying from them again. The truth is that the problems were a huge distraction from the fact that they do make good cheese!

Ordered my Dad a gift box for his birthday in January, I usually do send him a cheese gift box tried many, he told me to stop, had to be snowdonia cheese from now on head and shoulders above the rest, best flavour of any that he has had he liked the set I ordered (can't remember which one🤦♀️)

"Excellent products and fast delivery"
Purchased a cheese hamper as a Christmas present for a family member and mistakenly sent it to myself. This turned out to be a good result. We bought the gift because the recipient would have liked it but weren't really that familiar with the cheese. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the cheese was - tasty, well flavoured, good texture - we are now converts. The cheese also had a long shelf life (which we were also surprised by for a gift hamper). The chutneys were unusual flavours which made them more of a treat and were also delicious. Wine was rich and smooth. The hamper was delivered to schedule, well packed and cooled with an ice pack. Couldn't fault the gift in anyway. Will be sending myself one of these again next year :-) I deserve it!!

Rip off, order the cheeseboard gift, esp for the cheese board, and the cheese board is laughable. Nothing like the description or photo. About the size of a very small note book. You wouldn't be able to fit any cheese on the board

"Fast, efficient service ⭐️⭐️⭐️"
I bought some Snowdonia Red Devil from the supermarket last Christmas and really loved that, so decided to buy some Green Thunder and Ruby Mist from Snowdonia directly. Arrived, well packed and well chilled on the requested day. Yet to try these varieties but the service was excellent! Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Christmas cheese never arrived."
Ordered a load of cheese for Christmas which never arrived. Delivery company claimed delivery was left in 2 different places, both of which do not exist at this property. Contacted Snowdonia cheese multiple times, included photos and screenshots to prove my case and received only automated responses. Eventually I disputed the payment with my bank and got a refund. I sent a final email to Snowdonia cheese notifying then and their response was abysmal. A simple "hi there your order has been refunded". No apologies,no explanation, nothing. If course it had been refunded, my bank saw to that. This large cheese order was to be my contribution to the Christmas celebrations in multiple homes. Thanks for nothing Snowdonia cheese, you ruined my Christmas.

"Poor customer service"
Since December 15th I have been attempting to rectify a situation, without success.
I have essentially been mostly ignored by the customer service department regarding the non-receipt of a christmas hamper I ordered as a gift. The two email replies I received were unhelpful, the last one simply asking me to ‘email separately if the order had not been received’ despite me already making this clear in the email I had sent. I have sent at least 6 emails and have yet to have my issue resolved. Really unhappy, we are almost a month down the line from initial ordering (the recipient was also home on the day of delivery so not sure how the delivery went missing).

I have now had my issue resolved :) a repeat hamper sent out, and an email response apologising for the delay. Happy that the recipient got their christmas present, even if it was some weeks later. Thank you for rectifying. I have changed the review to 2 stars from 1.

I had a problem and it was sorted immediately. The Cheese is delicious.
I would definitely buy from this company again.
