"Terrible experience - no delivery and no communication"
Ordered a hamper on 16th December for a Christmas gift. Was told this was in time for Xmas delivery. It never arrived.
I emailed 23/12 asking for an update and was told they'd look into it and get back to me but they never did. I emailed again 29/12 for an update and was told it had been sent to the refunds desk who would contact me to resolve the issue. Never heard anything from them so I had to chase again on 05/01. They replied saying they will refund but it will take 7-10 working days which is ridiculous.
Still waiting.
Would definitely not reccomend this company and have no intention of buying from here again. Terrible experience.

"Delivery delay but all is good…"
I had some delay with a hamper order which was a courier issue and Snowdonia Cheese Company sent replacement cheeses without any issues and they were worth the delay. A great company to deal with and will definitely buy from them again.

"Order mix up, but resolved with great customer service"
Whilst there was a mix up in my order, with the wrong product sent, after I emailed asking for either the difference between my order and the product sent (£10) to be refunded, or the missing items to be sent, they were quick to resolve and resent the entire product (which was well above what I was expecting). Great customer service and engagement.

Ordered a gift hamper on the 15th December. Still hasn't arrived! Disappointing as the website said they could guarantee Christmas deliveries. Awaiting refund....

"Fabulous gift"
We received a beautiful hamper of cheese, chutney and crackers for Christmas. A really fabulous and much appreciated gift. All the varieties of cheese were delicious. The whole hamper arrived in excellent condition, all the way from Wales 🏴 to Scotland 🏴

We ordered are cheese on the 16 th December a £135 hamper and it never arrived .
No customer service over the Christmas period. We had to chase the company and just kept getting silly messenger texts from them. Great cheese if you get it !

Having ordered a number of hampers for friends for Christmas, we were totally delighted with the service and delivery by Snowdonia. Not only were the hampers great value, the contents were delicious according to the delighted recipients. All arrived in time and we are very satisfied customers.

Order 2 hampers to be delivered Christmas week paid in November and thought this was a great way to surprise the family with a lovely gift.
I like main others are still waiting for the gift to be delivered and have no response to emails.
Very disappointed and won’t buy from them again.
I’m waiting for a refund now, if I can eventually get through to them to organise it!

"I want a FULL refund!"
After ordering within good time of what the company advised on their website (before the 20/12), my gift was only received well AFTER Christmas! To add insult to injury, they asked me to send the whole thing back for a FULL refund! If it wasn’t embarrassing enough that the gift for my bfs family didn’t arrive, but Snowdonia cheese company now expect me to ask them to send it back… £210 I spent in total for the hamper and then had to spend more to make up for the lack of cheese!! Also still awaiting my other refund of £210! As a first time customer, I’m extremely disappointed!!! awaiting if I will be issued a full refund!! Won’t be ordering again.
