Joel was the repair tech for my NordicTrack treadmill. I felt bad that he was the face for NordicTrack’s incompetence. Joel was very professional and prompt. The repair required several visits (again, not Joel’s fault), and Joel was on time and thorough each time. Thanks Joel for being the only positive experience dealing with NordicTrack.
