Cannot get ahold of anyone, reschedule then a no show and no way to get in contact with a real human.

If I could give negative stars I would. Nordic trac uses these people as their Tecs this guy . This company is a joke. Three times this guy guy has been scheduled to come out and every time is a horrible experience. He is set from an appointment from 10 am till 2….. each time he calls at 2 or after saying he’s on his way….. twice he has never showed up and today at his usual call past his arrival time I asked when he would be here. “ uhuuuu I don’t know” and hung up. Trying to call the company is almost as big of a joke. No one answers…. Today we left the phone on their “ will be right with you “ message for 3 hours…. Lol what a horrible company

"Horrible, 3 months to fix a machine"

At first Horrible. They are supposed to give support for my elliptical under warranty. They do nothing, they don’t answer the phone or emails.
After I threatened that I wanted my money back for the product under warranty, finally they emailed me, and set an appointment. The machine is working now, but it took 3 months, when it should have taken 3 days.

Our experience with LEVI was GREAT. He arrived at our home. He knew in advance that he had a short period of time to fix our treadmill. He came, and right away got work on the machine. In about 20 minutes, he had our machine repaired. He knows his stuff. Very professional. Thank you for sending us a GREAT technician.

You won't get anybody at 3XM to pick up. When you do happen to catch somebody, they'll schedule you and nobody will show up at the allotted time. This place is a joke.

Levi fixed my Pro-Form 5000 treadmill which failed within a year of use. Levi was friendly and we had a good discussion of the issue and the repair. The repair was performed quickly and now my treadmill is back to working order.
