Great experience with this technician! Not only did he fix/replace the fan unit that was not working he spent the time trouble shooting the issue. The tech checked everything else on my treadmill and made sure it was running in pristine condition.
After trouble shooting the fan issue the tech explained what the problem was which was a bonus. It’s nice to understand why something you’ve spent a lot of money on isn’t working.
I would recommend this tech and this company and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I really appreciated the professionalism and knowledge.

Alex was fabulous. Very courteous and friendly. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I hope he is assigned to come back and replace the work belt that was never shipped.

I have called everyday & left a message to ask for a technician appt to get my NordicTrack bike repaired. always the answering machine never a return call. I am holding my part and cant ride my bike until they come. so frustrating.

Re: John's visit today (June 8, 2022) in response to my request for warranty service/repair on my Nordictrak elliptical.

I first me him around 15 months ago when he came to fix another problem with that machine last year. On both occasions, I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge, competence, efficiency and pleasant manner.

Unfortunately, the parts that had been present in the hopes that they would "fix" what was wrong did NOT have the right pieces, so he did a temporary patch, ordered the correct parts, and advised me to contact him when those arrive in order that he might return to complete the repair.

I am very satisfied with John and with the company for whom he works. Their phone scheduler Katie has also proven on several occasions to be polite and helpful.

Alex showed up on time and got to work on my elliptical. He made all needed repairs and asked me to test the machine out, and he noted a few more items that needed adjusting. He took care of this and I tried it again. It was better than it was new.
