Levi - his knowledge and experience is exceptional. His polite and courteous manner sets the bar for customer service. We have the Nordic commercial XI 32” screen treadmill. He was so careful lifting the treadmill and protected the computer screen to replace the incline motor!! He went over in detail how to adjust the idler arms for the walking tread. We were so impressed with his overall knowledge of our machine. We will request him in the future if our machine is in need of repair or adjustment.
