Purchased a shower enclosure and some other items. My fault, but didn’t open the shower base until it was going to be fitted. Had a small indentation on the front face. Contacted plum world and sent photos and after a bit of tooing and froing they said they would change it, but not for a week. I couldn’t wait that long as I had a fitter booked.Eventually agreed to pay for a repair kit from screwfix (£31) which did the job ok. Good service but check for damage early!

I realised I had measured incorrectly, I contacted custom services (Tanyka) who helped every step of the way to purchase the correct size and return the other one. The same delivery driver picked up and dropped off my new one again as helpful and polite as before. So as well as being reasonable priced they bend over backward to give you a brilliant shopping experience.
