Great service. Two items not immediately available, delivery was split to send those available first . Slightly damaged item (probably heavy handed delivery), they arranged replacement item that was quickly delivered. All dealt with professionally.

Was ordering a new bathroom suite for a 90 year old relative who had a major bathroom leak but was told they couldn't guarantee what I was going to order until their delivery came in. Was promised a phone call two days later to confirm what was needed was in, yep no call... Phoned to cancel a few items, again was told I would receive a call soon, yep again no call. Bad experience for me but guess they are better then the service I received.

Would purchase from this company again as their prices were good and I was impressed with their customer services. On receipt of an e-mail from the supplier there appeared to be an error in the details of the item to be delivered. I made contact with Plumbing World who swiftly and efficiently resolved the problem. Communications were good and delivery timescales were accurate.

"Very unprofessional"

Very unprofessional. I have been renovating my house since lockdown. Ordered a shower glass which was too big for the space. The package was unopened, still in boxes condition. Asked for a refund. No response. Now it’s been over the 30 days they aren’t offering a refund or exchange for different item. Now I’m stuck with a shower glass I have no use for. Customer service is very unhelpful. AVOID.
