Three stars because I wanted to change the size of the shower enclosure I ordered, I rang them and they said they would ring me back to let me know two days later I rang again and they said they would let me know ,a day before delivery I rang again, thay said it was too late to change the order. I had to revamp the bathroom.

Poor service from start to finish. Took the order then told be not in stock. Was happy to wait but they offered a different colour. When I said no I’ll wait and that I’d heard they don’t send what you order they just refunded me.
Plenty of other merchants but being in the trade it really is disappointing
