They were fast and efficient however I can’t say that for the scaffolders, the work has been completed for 3 days and we still can’t access the drive due to the scaffold around 3 sides of our house.
The work carried out appears to be good though, new fascia’s, soffits and gutters

If a company decides to lie at some point. Disrespects and humiliates the customer, puts them in an uncomfortable position and then says it's the customer's fault! And makes my whole day bad. Miscommunications and misunderstandings happen in everyone's life... I hope I don't have to deal with you anymore.....

Only gave a 4 because of sales information not totally accurate to installation procedures nuisance telephone sales which may i says after speaking to Paul was sorted immediately plus incorrect name sent to phone of installation technician on a positive note the team Conner and Joe that carried out the work were very professional willing to answer any questions that I asked very polite clean and tidy all in all very happy ( awaiting first heavy down pour ) thanks again

Replaced a rather sad draughty 60 yr old front door. I cannot believe the difference these freezing mornings. From ordering to completing the installation was excellent, our door fitter Glen did a professional job. Highly recommended.

We noticed the house opposite having their roofline, gutters and downpipes being done last September and thought what an efficient and well organised team they were.
It was a job that we also needed doing as high winds had loosened our roof tiles on the gable ends so when a member of the team came across whilst I was busy in the garage he commented on the poor state of our soffits, I agreed to let them give us a price.
I'm glad I did and found it could be affordable but only the following January, which they agreed to hold the price for a year although I agreed that January would also suit as funds would be available by then.
It was very cold with snow on the ground when teams began to arrive and within three days, the job was done and the scaffolding taken away.
It was a job well done and has transformed the look of the house.
I would also recommend this company for their efficiency and dedication whilst working in extremely cold conditions.

"Disgraceful customer service "

I would have given no stars if that had been an option. Ordered a new front door, but changed my mind, and cancelled the following day as is my right, using their cancellation policy. Over one month later, numerous phone calls and emails and still no refund of the deposit. I have now contacted the Ombudsman. Do not use this company, if this is how they treat their customers before any work is done, I dread to think what it would be like if you had issues following an installation.
