The service was exceptional. Your representative reached out for a minor error found on the application and expedited the passport for me. Quick, easy, and professional. Now just waiting for that passport.

"This was the WORST experience"

This was the WORST experience. A team member advised which option to select based on the travel dates. They connected us to the courier who then refused to see us for four business days because it was “too early” for the travel dates. When we went back to the courier to have the documents sent out, there was only 8 business days for a 5-10 day passport. We now did not receive our passport for the trip and have to miss a family members wedding. We attempted to call and chat with someone for a status update, information, or help of any kind in the last two business days leading up to the trip and we did not hear from anyone. We have no idea if the passport will come, when it will come, or what to do to try and even make part of the trip. I would recommend any other service over this one.

"Renewed passport arrived in good time!in a…"

I received my renewed passport in a timely manner but there were some issues along the way. My initial introduction to your company was excellent as my contact person was very helpful and knowledgeable.
However once I was in the system, communication broke down and I had trouble reaching anyone to answer a question-no response to email or phone calls. After a few stressful days, Miguel responded and then communication got much better. I DID get my passport when he said I would.
Waiting now for old passport to be returned (I like to keep them) and he assured me it would be returned within a few weeks- so if that happens, I’ll give your company 100% and a gold star!
