Great customer service to this point! Alonso called from HelloGov to get me some paperwork to get my passport quicker. He was very professional and called back to make sure i received his email.

HelloGov made getting my passport renewed very easy. They made sure that I had all of my documents and that they were filled out properly. I started the application on January 4 and received my passport on January 17.

This service makes renewing your passport when in a pinch so convenient. They cross all your T’s and dot all your i’s for you. Things you would never think they would reject your passport for, they tell you and find so that it will not be further delayed. Their attention to detail is like no other. It was worth every penny. Alonso helped me with his personalized service and phone calls which made this process a breeze. I know have one less thing to worry about on this stressful vacation. Only a couple more weeks to relaxation. Thank you HelloGov and Alonso for your service and all your help.

"BEWARE "

I needed a renewal for my passport with NO EXPEDITE or anything the site HELLOGOV says the total of their fee which is $197.00. It didn't explain that there's a Government fee of $211.36 which is not included with their fee and you will have to pay at the end of your application. Had I known I would have taken a different route and not use them because the normal price of a passport is $130.
If you need your passport expedite then maybe this company is for you. If not DO NOT use this site you will end up paying more for a service you don't need. HELLOGOV needs to include that there's an additional fee with their rate when applying for a passport application with them.

"I can't stress how AMAZING the service is"

I can't stress how AMAZING the service at HelloGov is. My english is not really good and after receiving incorrect information over the phone by a costumer service agent I went to their office directly to look for assistance and the logistics manager himself Miguel took care of me in a conference room (and he is bilingual so exactly what I needed) and made sure to explain every step and make this process the easiest for me. Even helped me with information about Visas to some countries I am want to visit. Thanks to him I was able to go to the post office to get my documents verified and now I am just waiting for my passport to arrive! He always contacts me back when I call him for information. Worth every penny especially for a 67 year old abuelo like me.
