"Update: Why I Will Not Change My Review"

Udate to my January 17th 2025 post. I will not change my review of this company and I stand by my original review based on my experience with this company. I DID get my refund and had they stopped there, all would have been fine. The original review would not have been written. THEY HAVE NOT. Since the refund, I have received continued offered "incentives" (call them what you may) by phone and other means to change my review to a positive one.
My view of this company stands. I still suggest if you must get a passport or one renewed quickly, I would check other sites which offers this type of service before you use this company. Plus, you can expedite at any place that does passports for much cheaper. I just renewed online at another reputable site and got my expedited for 151.00. This far more reasonable than the $427.20 I would have had to pay at HelloGov.
