I bought their service for expedited passport renewal because they stated it should arrive before my trip using their service; however, after doing everything they told me to in the timeframe, the passport did not arrive. In fact, when I reached out, the customer rep lied to me and told me it was in the mail when in fact it was still processing. Had I known there would be false updates that caused me to miss my trip, I would have done it myself at the local county tax office. *Update: they did refund my order after this
