I bought a gift card to their classes for someone in my family. Never signed up for a membership myself, but a year after I bought the gift card, they charged me $240 for a membership ‘renewal’ on the credit card I used to buy the gift card. No customer service response to this issue. There is no phone number. There is only a messaging bot that responded with an unacceptable offer of another gift certificate.

The support staff were very responsive and so helpful. Due to some unforeseen circumstances in my life I wasn’t able to continue to renew my subscription. I tried to cancel the subscription on my own and it apparently didn’t work. It was a little difficult to navigate. I reached out via email and let them know and they got right back to me and they made it right by refunding the charge on my card. I truly appreciate great customer service and when my circumstances change I will get another subscription.

"Paid but not received gift card."
I paid for a year’s subscription for a gift card. The confirmation showed that it was going to be sent to the wrong email address! I have written twice to the support email and had absolutely no response. I am now thinking I will have to ask my bank to refund me as I have paid for goods not received. How disappointing!

Great production videos. Every video that I saw, I was stimulated to try to do the same after. Although some ingredients are difficult to reach, this is not a fault from Yeschef or the chefs. As I do, I´m searching for ways to purchase those ingredients to elevate my cooking. So, it´s expertise and knowledge that you gain after all and I´m very thankful for the chefs and Yeschef. Highlly Recomended !

Just had my membership renewed with no notification and an obscene price hike.
The YesChef account interface gives you no option to cancel your account in advance and unsurprisingly customer service is virtually non-existent.
Still attempting to cancel and have the almost $500AUD refunded.
The material is very rarely updated and many of the recipes are more basic than what you would get in a cookbook. Francis Mallmann cooks an omelette and calls it a 'tortilla', likely hoping that the exotic name will make you forget that for all the money you've paid you're making and omelette.
