I already pay a maintenance fee to a company on our apartment of 138.40 a month as well as council tax and now green belt want money for the same, although I have appealed this with them due to nothing being done in the vicinity I live in ! I am being billed more than three bed houses when I have no garden either. I asked for a breakdown of places they maintain and none of which I was sent I recognised other then the roadside bushes which isn’t even in the vicinity of my apartment nor do I go up there ! I have appealed and remain under the appeal stage until I hear otherwise.
