"Savings lost when trying to withdraw."
Had to remove my savings due to an unforeseen circumstance. So I had to withdraw my money. In doing so the share price has boomed. This all looks so suspect as it was fine before I did that. Lost almost 15% overnight. It's either bad investment your end or you're trying to rob me, both are concerning. It's like a penalty for asking for my money back. Be aware when using this platform.

"Basic but does the job"
Been with this company for 1.5 years, very decent return so far (12%). Very simple interface.

"Great For Passive Investors"
I've been using Wealthsimple for a few years now and they've been great. I don't have time to manage my own portfolio and as a robo investor they've been able to deliver great returns with low fees and allow me to have the peace of mind without all of the up selling hassles of being with a big bank or a broker paid on commission.

"Highly recommend!"
I have to admit my experience with WealthSimple has been wonderful thus far! I can fund my TFSA through my Simplii account and buy stock within minutes. Easy peasy! Fingers crossed I won't have any issues going forward. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend this user friendly trading service.

"Dreadful Login experience for Group RSP…"
Dreadful Login experience for Group RSP set up. No way to have a conversation other than with a chatbot or an IVR system that will not allow you to have a conversation with someone that could help. I spent over an hour trying to speak with someone. I had an "associate" end my chat without any notice. Note that no explicit or foul language was in the chat. The mobile application/website is not connected with the desktop site (which was used to establish??? the account the previous evening) so you need to answer all the questions over, and over, and over. The syntax used and the "simple" graphics are not for the savvy investor. Finally, I was able to reach an associate, had to be transferred, then even that associate is uncertain if my account was properly established. I would recommend you invest via your bank's direct investing option over starting an account with WealthSimple.

"Would strongly recommend if you don't want to get too involved in the fund management."
Very helpful and friendly customer support and there was a smooth transfer of my existing ISA fund. I wanted a simple, medium risk managed fund with little intervention from me and Wealthsimple can provide this. Their app for checking the performance of my fund is very simple to use, which is just what I wanted. The performance of my fund over the first couple of months has been very good, and their management fees are very competitive. I would strongly recommend this company if you don't want to get too involved in the fund management.

"Don't use wealthsimple this is why"
I used wealthsimple for a month or so made a bunch of transactions with them had probably $1000 in crypto and $6000 in different stocks. One day I couldn't log back into my account so I emailed them with no response I expected to see my $7000 plus money back in my bank but nope. Still haven't heard anything from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

"So, now you gotta pay? SimpleTax was a free service.. BUT, NOT THIS ONE!!"
Went all through my tax return, submitted it for review or check-up.. whatever they wanna call it.. then, when I tried to submit it, like I've done every year for the past 4-5 years when it was "SIMPLETAX.CA" not "WEALTHSIMPLE.COM".. you gotta pay at least $20 to use it now. Like.. F OFF WEALTH SIMPLE! I'll be saying Bye BYE!!

"Very poor return and I ended up losing…"
Very poor return and I ended up losing money. I initially took the advisors comments on board. However, my money was just continued to disappear. I had to accept my loss and close my account.

"I trialled this product to track its…"
I trialled this product to track its performance. Its very poor. I feel wealth managers do not have the ability to grow a fund without leverage. I know fund managers that can return 100%. Anything below 25% is a joke. There are a lot of jokes in this space. Too simple to offer technical analysis is a fund that needs to be closed. Invest about 10% of your portfolio in the blockchain and you will beat these suckers just by going long for several years.
