I called to ask if they were sure my order would arrive within one week. They could not promise that it would. I decided to order anyway. It was here in Florida in less that 48 hours! Good Job!

This was my first faux Christmas tree and I was nervous to order something without seeing it in person. I had lots of questions and the customer service was great and shipping was fast. The tree is beautiful and we got so many compliments on it.

We specifically went with your rather pricey tree because we wanted to support Made in the USA, which you say they are. Then the tree came clearly labelled, "Made in China." Huh? Not cool. But the tree is very nice.

The tree came quickly. However, it was not as easy to put together, the instructions were complicated...the wiring for the lights was different from other trees I've purchased in the past. Once the tree was assembled, it was wobbly and not secure.

The tree is lovely, and perfect size for me. I was able
to get a 5ft tree that I could manage myself.
It is now my favorite holiday decoration. It will be difficult to put it away.
Only glitch were the lights. I had to jury rigged some
outlets to get the top lights to light, but it worked.
Lights are usually the challenge with these pre-lit trees
