"Is it real?"

Had so many guests ask if this was a real tree. It is beautiful, and the twinkle function is awesome. If I were to want one more thing, it would be additional light functions. But it's definitely the best out there. Love it.

"Our first Artificial Tree! "

We love the first tree so much we purchased a second one. The only thing I would recommend is to purchase one with Led and lights that you can change from clear to color. Shop early!

We're pleased with look, set up of tree. Also happy we dont have water it, find it, trim it. Easier to decorate than real tree too!

"Item damaged or was a return"

I ordered three items and the two items were good. The one item I bought which was a small little tree, I feel was a return/damaged. The tree goes into the base which is made up material that keeps it in place but it’s very loose. It looks like the tree part was removed before and either it is damaged or somebody messed with it and it was returned. I didn’t bother returning it because it would be a hassle, but I wasn’t pleased and I won’t buy anything from this company anymore.

"It was the easiest tree we have ever owned"

It was the easiest tree we have ever set up. The tree we just donated that we have had for 12 years was a beautiful tree, but by the time the lights were wearing off and we were adding new strands that were different colors. We decided it was time to get a new tree. This tree came right away and I’m 73 and set it up in just a few minutes. I love that lights and how they can change and blink and three different colors settings. I would recommend this company for their excellent service. Excellent customer care. It’s definitely a five stars..
