Company refused to accept free return after listing stated they would, then claimed it would cost half the price of the item to return it to them. Seems like either they are lying/being fraudulent, or knowingly scamming. You should not trust this seller.

"Beware of Spreetail!!"
I ordered an Intex above ground pool for Christmas from EBay on 12/19/2022 to the tune of $936.30. What I thought was my pool was delivered yesterday & dropped off curbside. However, it was not my poo! It was a lady’s trwAdmill from across town who drove over to my house after she discovered the mistake & before I got on the phone to Spreetail whose contact info was listed on the attached invoice. We had to wait for our husbands to get home from work & load these heavy boxes up in the back of our truck & fix this big mess ourselves. Today, i I spoke w/ a Spreetail rep to file a complaint only for him to blame R&L Carriers & giving me the wrong tracking number b/c all I had was my order number. And, you can forget about emailing the CEO w/your complaint b/c to get that info it will cost you a pretty penny! I am just grateful to almighty God ivgot my pool home where she belongs & have a new friend.

Do not buy anything that is shipped by Spreetail! Things from Target, Amazon etc shipped by this Spreetail! When shipped from them, the manufacturer does not honor their warranty? Items have a one year but Spreetail does not honor that at all, only covered for 30 days or return window of where you bought it! Buy directly from manufacturers site or don’t buy! Items don’t last and without a 1 year warranty it’s a waste of money! Big scam to me!
I already called them with my order number and they only give any warranty for the return window of where you bought it! 30 to 90 days tops when it’s covered by the manufacturer for one year! I called Spreetail and the manufacturer! So don’t do it!

I received a water butt ordered through Amazon from Spreetail
There were parts missing and after contacting them, they gave me a refund so that I could buy parts elsewhere, which I was disappointed about and thought they should have made it easier for me, by sending replacement parts
They then have refunded me in full and sent replacement parts
I cannot fault them, they have bent over backwards to make me happy and preserve their outstanding customer service reputation

I ordered a garden storage bench , but unfortunately was sent a different one . I contacted Spreetail by email and couldn't believe the speed of the response . They enquired if I was happy with the bench , which I told them I wasn't as I would still like the one that I had ordered , they apologized that they were unable to get that one and told me to keep the bench that they had sent and gave me a full refund. Thank you Spreetail ! Unfortunately the bench was from Keter and had broken and missing parts , not Spreetail's fault I hasten to add. But Keter , what a nightmare they are with their " out of stock " when you get in touch with them .

"This has been the WORST experience I…"
This has been the WORST experience I have had thus far. I ordered a couch sold by Spreetail on Amazon, this item comes in three boxes (just fyi for anyone who plans to purchase this item) I received box #1 and box #3 earlier than expected so I was extremely excited about that! However box #2 is nowhere to be found. I have contacted Spreetail, they offered to send out a replacement for the box I didn’t receive. I received tracking on the replacement quickly but the actual item has yet to move from their warehouse. When I contacted Spreetail about this again they advised that the carrier needed to pick up the item from the warehouse and to allow the carrier time to do that. When I contacted the carrier the carrier said that Spreetail needed to initiate a pick up date for the item to be picked up from the warehouse. I have contacted support numerous times and have been given different answers every time I contact them about why this item has not shipped out. I still have not gotten an answer as to why out of a 3 box shipment I only received box #1 and box #3 if all the boxes are coming from the same warehouse. So now I have two extremely large boxes sitting in my living room and without box #2 am completely unable to assemble the couch! I have never experienced such a hassle getting an item shipped to me. When you reach out to them through email they respond with generic automated answers and they don’t even read your actual messages! This has been an awful experience. No one should have to deal with such a hassle. Completely unprofessional and no justifiable explanation as to why this issue has occurred. I advise anyone who decides to purchase from this seller to take heed of the shipping issues you may incur with little to no help! If this doesn’t get resolved I will be contacting the FTC federal trade commission to report this!

"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam. I ordered a product on Amazon and learned of a delay due to the company changing the delivery address on the day of expected delivery to be sent to another address other than both me and the shipper while telling me the package was enroute. This company used this scam technique not once but twice. Judging from the reviews here, it appears this is a normal practice of Spreetaul and the FTC needs to be notified. Unbelievable!

Fantastic customer service. I had a battery problem with my feather scooter. Spreetail went out of their way to help me. Quickly responded to my emails and very generously sent me more than enough refund to purchase another battery. I am more than satisfied with Spreetail. I definitely would do business with them again. Thank you Spreetail.
