More. I emailed the back and asked for a refund and several More emails later still no product or money

I am writing this as I see I have company concerning Drone World's customer service and non-response to phone messages and/or emails. I wish I had seen these notices prior to my order! They are do not respond to anything. Don't lose your money ordering from them!!

"Scam!"
This "company" is holding my funds while refusing to ship the goods they offered. They claim they can not honor the price, even though they processed the transaction and withdrew the funds. Phone lines do not connect to any service. I'm filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FBI. This is the first time in my life I've had such an unacceptable online purchase experience.

We ordered multiple drones with additional kits back in October. Based on the other reviews, I guess we are lucky that anything shipped, and even luckier that they shipped some of the items missing from the original shipment. Nearly 3 months later we are still waiting on numerous 'back ordered' items. As everyone else has mentioned, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, and their chat app on the website is useless. Shopping here is like gambling...good luck!
Edit: After waiting for ~3 months, I finally received a response to one of my emails. They explained that they were short-staffed due to unexpected resignations and were working to fulfill my order, which they did. It wasn't pretty, they obviously didn't handle their internal issues in a way that alerted the customer in anyway, just dead air and silence. Due to that, I can't say good things about DW, but I can say they don't seem to be intentionally ripping people off. I believe they are/have been in crisis mode and simply aren't equipped to keep their promises and maintain the level of attention consumers deserve/demand.

"Order $ 47213"
An order was placed for a Christmas present for me order #47213 on November 30, 2018. On December 11, we were notified that the item was being shipped via UPS 3 day select shipping. As of today (January 10, 2019) the package has not been delivered to UPS for shipment. I have made numerous phone calls and sent more emails, I did finally receive an email from Brennan Merrill this week stating that the vendor had inadvertently shipped my order to the wrong address and that it would be shipped to me this week. Still no confirmation, tracking number or update on my shipment.

This a follow up to my previous review.
I ordered a set of four carbon fiber props for my Phantom 4 on December 16. What arrived were two props, not four. Additionally the quality was subpar, and do not even appear to be new.
It is now nine emails later notifying Drone World of the error and I still do not have any response. Phone calls are ineffective. The first call message said they could not answer because of heavy volume, followed by a hang up. Second call on Jan. 3 got a message requesting name, phone number and order number, and they would call back. I provided that information, but never got a call back.
The first time I posted this complaint, Drone World responded to this site saying they would correct the error if I emailed Brennan at Drone World with my order number. I did that and Brennan read the email 9 minutrs later, but now several days later, no response.
If you are thinking of buying a drone or drone accessories, I'd advise looking elsewhere. Also advise checking online reviews first. You will learn a lot about Drone World.
As a further observation, they are having numerous sales and promotions, while they are abusing customers. All the earmarks of a company on the verge of bankruptcy.

"This company is TERRIBLE!!!"
This company is TERRIBLE!!!! I have tried to contact them by phone every day for the past week and a half and left messages. I have also sent emails and used their online messaging system and have not received ANY response of any kind. Wanted to place a $3700 order but they apparently have enough customers and don't want or need the business. Great website, customer service is a joke. I'll take customer service thank you.
You should also check out their Better Business Bureau ratings.

"Non existent customer service."
I ordered propeller guards for Mavic 2 Zoom. Took so long for order to arrive I forgot about them. They sent the wrong guards and I have left multiple phone messages and an email no response over three weeks. Terrible AVOID them. I am out about 20 bucks so cheap lesson compared to what I am bought from a reputable company and almost bought from Drone World. How do they stay in business? Sad

"Poor Customer Service - AVOID"
What does it take to get a hold of these people? They are not providing me with a reason to order from them again. Got the drone, finally, however, they marked the order complete when the swag bag that was supposed to ship with it was missing, and I’ve tried every avenue from email to their contact form to their phone and I can’t get a hold of them. If I just wanted the drone at the price they charge, I could’ve just run down to Best Buy and picked one up. Drone batteries at Best Buy are seriously cheaper too. Drone-World needs to seriously step up their game if they are going to claim #1 in customer service and satisfaction, which at this point I find it incredibly difficult to believe.
I want to know when the rest of my order (the swag bag) is going to ship. It is not complete people.
