The company is terrible when it comes to communications. I ordered my drone and parts of the order arrived, others were back ordered. I have tried to contact them for three weeks about my back order and no response from anyone. I'll be contacting my credit card company about stopping payment on the back ordered items. I will never use Drone World again and I suggest that everyone read the reviews prior to ordering from them, seems I'm not the only one with concerns about them.

Zero stars! I ordered a case and harnesses December 11, 2018. It was supposed to ship with 2-3 day delivery. I have repeatedly called and left messages. I have repeatedly emailed yet no response. Today is January 2, 2019 and absolutely no response. I have had satisfactory dealings with them before but this no response nonsense really frosts me!

"Horrible communication and won't honor my warranty"
I've been dealing with this company for almost a year now and there are okay company. let's get straight to the point. I sent my broken drone to them the one that fell out of the sky for no apparent reason. they told me first to send it to DJI Knowing damn well DJI is going to charge me for a full price because I have coverage through drone world not DJI. So why would they told me to send it to DJI. now I have to pay for it to send it to drone world, which was $50. now drone world has had my broken drone for 3 months they're not returning my calls, did not return my email the next step is to get a lawyer

I ordered an over $2800 package drone and accessories on Oct 8th. Suppose to have in a week. I get the drone remote and flymore package. The didn't send my lenses. My Thor charger. My crystal sky monitor. I emailed. I had nothing ready for my trip to Asia and could not use my drone a month later. Now it's almost three months later. They do not even respond to my emails. I simply am asking am I gonna have the rest of my order by March. I have another trip planned. Don't waste your money here folks they are a scam.

Ordered the Thor charger over 3 weeks ago, still not here, the tracking number is non existent. No response from the company on my calls and e mails. Poor customer service, they have a nice advertisement on YouTube for the controller update, you would be nuts to send them your controller and $500.00 bucks and expect anything back.
UPDATE: Its been 33 days since I ordered, NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!. I am no expert, but I believe this borders the criminal.

How in the world can this company send me a shipping date, then weeks later state their product is delayed from the factory??
UPDATE #3: 45 days and still no product. Cars and houses are built faster then this product.
UPDATE #4: 60 days, nothing. I am only out $80.00 or so, I really feel sorry for the customers who are out hundreds and thousands of dollars. YouTube should ban their commercials and advertisements.
UPDATE # 5: Why is this company still on YouTube pushing their non existing products and services?

I ordered my DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0 drone from Drone World on 12/8/18. My card was charged, and like many of the reviews I received no promised confirmation email, and they did not answer my email and phone inquiries. Just now on Christmas Eve, the UPS man delivered my drone. So I'm happy, I just wish the company was easier to deal with communication wise.

They took the money on upgrade rc but even though it was a month and a half ago, I still did not receive the product. They do not answer the phone and the messages, and there is no one to talk to.
The credit company will handle them and will return the money.
