You could refund the money I paid for order #PJAU17628 on December 4 which I submitted via your Australian website, assuming the product was from Australia. There was no indication that it would be sourced from America and subject to Australian Customs.

"CHARGED DOUBLE for one subscription…"

CHARGED DOUBLE for one subscription just before Christmas ... and NO PJ support available! Not until I contacted my bank to dispute the second charge, did PJ finally respond. So will NEVER do business with them again. Computers these days do not make mistakes so this double charge was clearly to take my money in hopes I would not notice during the holidays! I will never recommend again!

Purchased 14 December an order and have heard nothing. Contacted them through their site, still nothing. No phone number available to contact them. Am going through Mastercard disputes to have my money returned. Have had numerous emails from them offering a discount on my next order but unfortunately they do not supply the goods. Go elsewhere, this company is a complete con. I would give them Nil stars if I could !

"Mis Leading the Customer i"

I ordered gummies from the store which was in Australia. I had previously bought high quality CBD from the Australian store which has apparently closed. However PremiumJane did not notify Australian buyers about this and found that my gummies were sourced from NJersey in the United States. Previously PremiumJane had been able to sell legally in Australia through their own Australian company. But that is no longer so. My gummies have been caught by Australian Customs so they won’t arrive. Even though when purchasing them PremiumJane had indicated on its logo as having an Australian Registered Company.
This is misleading the customer.
A warning to other Australian customers still trying to buy
DONT BUY PREMIUM JANE PRODUCTS AS AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMS WILL CONFISCATE THEM AS THIS COMPANY NO LONGER HOLDS AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY

Most of the time I have been satisfied. However, when switching subscription products, I was informed after I purchased that the item is out of stock by email. Then I had to go back to the website and order what I previously purchased so my brother will not be completely out of a product to help his pain. They should put on the website the items that are out of stock before placing an order. Still waiting for the order of the out of stock item.

"I have been trying to place an order…"

I have been trying to place an order with no success. It will be my first order. I would like to try this brand out however, It will not let me place the order because it keeps asking me to check a box which sends me something I do not want, that is the only reason they’re declining my order because I will not add to it. I tried to reach out to them today, but I believe they are closed, on the phone and I sent an email. I would like to try their product because it is a little more affordable than some of the others, but if you’re going to force me to order something else that I do not want, then I will have to go someplace else.
