Despite making a complete mess when ordering some fabric, Hot Pink sorted it out immediately and still manged to send it out on the same day.
The fabric is excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

I had difficulty in finding supporting cones for my serger machine on the internet,but at last I found this small company which supplied them at a very competitive.I orderd 4 and the following day one arrived! I contacted the company and a very amiable lady called Jennie was most apologetic for the error and promised to send the errant 3 cones the following day. They did indeed arrive with no extra postage required.A very customer friendly company would recommend

"The worst company I've ever dealt with literally ever."

I ordered 200 buttons from them for a job I was doing for a customer and I was on a tight deadline, they arrived promptly which is great but I noticed they were a bigger size than what I'd ordered it wasn't a massive issue so I didn't mind. When I went to use them I realised they had only sent me half the order and that 8 of them where unusable, so I sent them an email but they didn't reply, so I sent another email and still no reply. It took them 2 days to respond to my email with a snotty remark and explaining that they pretty much don't work weekends which to me is hilarious, if you're able to trade you should be able to respond to customers. So basically they are happy to take your money but not happy to deal with unsatisfied customers. I'd noticed through their reviews that they are very quick to respond to negative feedback with patronising comments so I knew that they don't respond well to criticism, so I wondered if I could get their attention as I wasn't going to let them get away with taking my money and not giving me what I had ordered. Of course this worked, after I'd left another email that wasn't particularly pleasant, they finally responded and basically called me a liar. I don't think anyone would happily spend their spare time emailing people just to get a 100 free buttons, but apparently that's what this company think we do. They very patronisingly explained to me that if I had given them enough time to respond (which would have been 3 days by this point) then they would have offered me a full refund. By their manner and the issues other people have with them, I really don't think that this would have been offered but that is just conjecture. I didn't want a full refund, I'd never even asked for a full refund, I just wanted half my missing order that I had already paid for but apparently I just lied about this for no other reason than, what? Boredom? I had to go out and raid a local store and spend more money on more buttons so I could complete my work on time. When I explained this to them and that I'd just like half a refund, they really just couldn't care less and said they weren't going to give me half my money back because they just didn't feel like it. So they were basically stealing from me out of spite. I told them I'd speak to Ebay and they told me to go right ahead, obviously thinking they were in the right. After following Ebays instructions and having to get them to step in, they had to issue me a FULL refund. I also found out that Ebay expects companies to respond to customer complaints within 24 hours and it took them 2 days which this company thinks is a satisfactory amount of time. Many other people don't even get a response.

So if they had just done their job properly then they wouldn't have had to loose money but because they where unwilling to compromise and questioned my morality they are now out of pocket.

I'll happily never shop there again, I know they don't want my custom but I really couldn't care less. Lastly, they like to brag about their high feedback score when they are being rude and condescending to you but if you look closely its a lot of the same people because you have to leave a review of every single item that you buy in a multipack and people have been complaining about it. If you didn't have to do that, then their score wouldn't be as high as it is. What a shameful company. So thanks for my full refund that you where made to give back to me.

I found this business by chance whilst Googling, one of my best decisions was to order. Amazing customer service, product and uper quick delivery times. Just received my second order and will be sure to order more in the future.
