I ordered my fabric on Tuesday and on Thursday it was on my doormat, exactly what I wanted, fabric for a little boy’s quilt. Good quality fabric at a good price. Excellent service.

Ordered several metres of fabric of a few types, and some accessories. Love their range. Order arrived within a couple of days and my daughter loves her new haberdashery items!

"Dreadful service"
Dreadful service. Payment taken one day after order but week later still no delivery. Èmailed, left phone nessage. Day 8 had email from nick saying it had been posted earlier in the week, they had sent confirmation email -NO - ROYALl Mail had sent Email -NO - I must have missed them!! Order arrived next day on Royal Mail 24 hour!!

"Good to shop with, but slow delivery."
I've ordered from them a couple of times. Each time delivery has been a bit slow (although I've never ordered outside of pandemic times).
I did have one item never arrive, but their response was quick and helpful, and I received a replacement in a few days.
I'll happily shop with them again, but not for anything urgent.

I'm giving this company 1 star only for the fact that I received a refund.
I'll give you the details below and you can decide whether you want to order from them...
DEC 19th: Order completed
JAN 6th: I was yet to receive any shipment confirmation and still no items. I, therefore, contacted them via email on this date.
JAN 7th: I receive a reply to ask if I want a refund or replacement to which I respond that I would like a refund and that I will make a new order instead.
JAN 11th: I placed a second order in the hope this one would actually arrive and that I would receive a refund for the first.
JAN 21st: Still no refund. I send a follow-up email asking for the refund on the first order. I also STILL have not received my second order which was placed now 10 days ago and not had a shipment confirmation either.
By this point, I'm very frustrated and I would like my order sorted as soon as possible, seeing as I had placed my first order over a month ago and still received absolutely nothing, nor a refund. I also had a deadline for these items so that was missed by now.
JAN 22nd: I receive an email stating that BOTH orders have been cancelled and a refund will be issued. Again super frustrating as I had basically waited around for this second-order for no reason.
At this point, I also contacted Hot Pink Haberdashery via Instagram so that I could sort this out with them as they had made a mistake by cancelling both and I just wanted what I had ordered. They responded to me once and told me that nothing was wrong pretty much and that everything was done "as per my request" and that I should just place another order. As you can see from reading this, I requested a refund on the first order only. By now this would have been my THIRD order with them if I were to place another.. which likely AGAIN would not arrive. Anyway, I replied to ask for some sort of guarantee on actually receiving the third order... like tracked shipping/discount or that they could actually make sure it was shipped and keep an eye on it. I then never received a reply to that so do with that what you will.
JAN 25th: Refund for both finally received. Bearing in mind the first order was placed on the 19th, never even shipped. I also never received my second order so basically, they had wasted over a month of my time and money for nothing and also never replied to my complaint. I sent my complaint/message asking for help in the hope that they could rectify it and perhaps change my opinion of their company as I actually like their products and I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but it seems they're really not bothered.
