"Do Not Order from these people!"
Placed an order 2 weeks ago and haven't received what I paid for. I've sent instant messages, emails and called them several times but complete silence from their end. I've shopped with them before and had a great experience but this is ridiculous. It would never cross my mind to read recent reviews as having had a good experience dealing with them in the past I assumed there be no problems. I should have checked before I ordered I guess. I've raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back as I can't cancel the order and they've gone mute so I had no choice but to claim my money back.
DO NOT spend money here, you'd be very lucky to receive anything from them. Very disappointed.

"Similar experience to a lot of people"
Similar experience to a lot of people, i ordered an item, had a email to say it was out of stock, so i cancelled the order, as i couldn't get any response i started a chargeback with my bank, Hot pink disputed it even though i had an email stating that they had not dispatched it, the card company then refused to refund so i am stuck with no product and out of pocket by £80.00. a terrible company to deal with!!

"Poor experience"
I placed an order for an item that was stated as in stock so expected it to be dispatched the same working day, as per the information in Shipping and Returns on the website (the order was placed in the morning). I still hadn't had confirmation of dispatch after a couple of weeks so I emailed to ask to cancel the order. I didn't get a response. After seeing the reviews on here, I decided to make a claim through my credit card company to get my money back. It was only after I emailed HotPinkHaberdashery again to say that I had done this that I got a reply to say they'll cancel the order. Truly terrible customer service. The website needs to be updated to reflect more realistic delivery time frames.

Item not delivered
30 meters of fusible fleece £209 never delivered. No communication, no refund offered, no response to messages, emails or phone calls! How rude. I placed an order 10th December 2024 and today is 28th January 2025 and the item is still missing. I think maybe the company is in difficulty so please be aware. Think carefully before you order. Pay by PayPal or credit card so you are covered by buyers protection.

Order not sent out, unable to contact them via phone as no one answers and no reply from emails either. This seems to be a common issue so I would think twice about ordering from Hot Pink Haberdashery especially as there are cheaper more reliable suppliers to choose from.

"Disappointing"
I ordered from Hotpinkhaberdashery on 24/10/24. They never sent the order. I emailed twice, no response. Phoned but phone rang out. Then raised the issue with Mastercard on 19/11/24. Mastercard gave the retailer a chance to defend the claim. Mastercard refunded the money later in November 24.

"Awful experience"
Awful experience. They seemed genuinely surprised, (when they eventually responded to my emails), that I wanted a refund for items not delivered after almost a month of waiting.
There are many good small businesses online. Unfortunately, this is not one of them and best avoided.

"Order placed 03/12/2024 not even despatched by 18/12/2024 -"
Order placed on 3rd December, still not even despatched on 18th December, despite website saying 24 hour delivery.
Sent message to cancel order and request refund - no response.
Tried telephoning the number on the website (01208 812400) - no answer, rings out and no message facility.
I see from Trustpilot that this is not an isolated incident - wish I had looked at Trustpilot before placing the order.
UPDATE: Refund received 18/12/2024 - but no correspondence.

"Very disappointing Company to deal…"
Very disappointing Company to deal with. Placed an order on 26th November 2024 which was finally delivered on 10th December. Only 14 days !!!!!!! Hmmm. Having now read previous reviews it is not surprising. Also Company response to poor reviews is very poor and appears to lay the blame at the Customers door. It’s a pity that poor Customer Service and or performance is not dealt with in house. Won’t be using this Company again. I've taken on board your advice and will have a great Christmas as you celebrate your 3.1 Customer Satisfaction.

"Wish I could give 0 stars"
Wish I could give 0 stars. Never been spoken to so rudely by a company in all my life. Ordered on Monday. Website states same day dispatch (expected Tuesday as it was past 5pm). Still no order confirmation of dispatch info a week later. Phoning multiple times a day with no answer. Had an email on Friday to say they would look into it Monday morning. Phoned/emailed Monday lunch time to chase. Their email reply said to not waste my time phoning necessarily and that they would get around to my enquiry once they had worked through the 100 emails they had received over the weekend. Website states 24hr delivery service. Advisor on email proceeded to argue over and over that this is not something they offer. Explained I was desperate for my order to be dispatched (it’s been a week since I placed it) and my own orders are now late (unlike them, I care about the customer service my customers receive). I was told to stop emailing so they could get around to it. When I replied I was told ‘yet another email to stop us getting to your enquiry’. The company had time to respond with multiple replies but not to check my order was being dispatched. Horrific customer service and still no sign of my order over a week later. Wish I had read these reviews before relying on them. Asked for a refund only to be told my order had been dispatched so they would need to check if it could be recalled. Now they can tell me about dispatch! Still no sign of tracking info or dispatch email though. Wish me luck with a charge back. Avoid avoid avoid.
Just received another reply whilst writing this…. They told me I was wrong and having a hard time accepting it. They claim they are proud of their trustpilot reviews (20% 1 star is not something to be proud of?!) and then told me they noticed I didn’t even have any trust pilot reviews for my business. Like what the actual??? Can you believe this is customer service??
