I had not received my order and then read the reviews on Trust Pilot so was worried. I contacted Hot Pink, and although I could see they were very busy, they understood and my complete order arrived, excellent quality of goods and no further problems.

Company is a scam, I never received my order and they stopped replying to my emails regarding a follow-up. Tracking information provided is false. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update: Company Has threatened me with a solicitor following this review in an attempt to scare me, unsurprisingly those threats haven't been delivered on much like their products!

Ordered woven interfacing more than 10 days ago and still not posted. Emailed company and was told they are waiting for arrival of the item from supplier. My sewing project is really delayed because they don’t say ‘in stock’ or ‘out of stock’ on their website, wasting my time ordering it. I found this interfacing elsewhere CHEAPER than Hot Pink Haberdashery. I had the same problem with my other previous order. This company used to be reliable so gave them a chance. After this, I will never order from them ever again. I emailed them for cancellation and refund of this order yesterday and waiting for a reply from them. Whatever happens, they’ve lost a customer. NOT IMPRESSED I will update to say whether they replied to my email and refunded the order or not. UPDATE: RECEIVED EMAILS FROM HOT PINK HABERDASHERY - cancellation of order and refund (not yet refunded) few mins ago.
