"Went above and beyond to help"

I was worried having read some reviews on Trustpilot, but it's clear this is a hard-working small business doing their best.

I ordered some paints on 14th November. They were very significantly reduced in price.

17th November I received a very kind email from Helen apologising that they'd run out of the paint I ordered and offering me two alternatives.

I replied and accepted, but said I'd need them by 22nd November, so if it wouldn't be possible please cancel.

Helen replied on 18th November, posted them on 19th November, and I had them by 20th November.

The product itself - one of the pots of paint was very dried up (but that's not surprising for very reduced items, I suppose!). The other four pots of paint were in perfect condition.

I was so impressed with Helen's kind, honest, and reliable responses. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

"Never again"

I ordered a full roll of fabric on the 18.10. and now is the 28.11. and it is still not here despite asking customer service for help and despite the website saying the roll is available to order. Will not order from here again.

As with a lot of the other reviews my order placed at the end of October still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them twice asking when my order will be despatched but have, to date, received no reply. Will probably end up cutting my losses and re-ordering from a reliable retailer. Will not be using this company again.

"I recently had the misfortune to…"

I recently had the misfortune to stumble across this company on eBay.
Needless to say, my order didn’t turn up. It was dispatched “untracked”. I emailed them and they didn’t reply. So, I sent a further strongly worded email, asking them to respond and refund me.
The response I got was truly shocking. They accused me of throwing a “tantrum” simply for asking where my goods were. They continued to send me abusive messages until I reported them to eBay and blocked them from messaging me. They did not refund my money, but thankfully as eBay have a money back guarantee I will get my money back eventually, no thanks to this awful company. Honestly, I would recommend you stay well clear of these uncivil, rude and unhelpful people.
UPDATE …well you can see from their reply how childish, spiteful and unprofessional this company are. Use at your own risk. And as for asking me to “grow up” well that’s really very ironic. My trust pilot reviews are all 100% honest and a reflection of my experiences with the company, good or bad. I have left glowing reviews for companies that have deserved them.
The company are also not being truthful about the fact that they didn’t send me abusive messages. I have the screenshot but there’s no facility to upload them in this review. Why would I waste my energy lying about this? And what kind of company accuses a customer of lying? Don’t trust this company with your money. You will get nothing but grief dealing with them and quite clearly they attack anyone who dares to even ask where their goods are. Check out the other one star reviews. I’m not the only one who has made the mistake of using this “company”. Isn’t it a coincidence how many people haven’t received their goods, yet somehow it’s their fault?! Yes, and finally now they threaten me with a solicitor. PATHETIC. Go ahead! I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOUR THREATS AND BULLY BOY TACTICS.

"A small business trying their best "

Not everything I ordered was available and delayed me receiving the items that were available. However Helen was really nice to deal with and responded to all of my queries politely. I know how hard it is to run a small business, especially relying on far East supply. I would use this business again as the product it nice when it arrives but would build in more time for delivery.

I’ve put one as there isn’t an option to go lower . These people will take your order and your money knowing they can’t supply the goods !! They have no means of contact only email and they won’t respond for weeks . DON’T ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE !!

"Order not received!"

Have ordered a few times and the last three times have had to chase them up, with little to no communication from them.
The last straw was when I ordered beginning of July and had nothing delivered or no email sent to explain.
Emailed and was told (again) not in stock. Was still.showing as in stock on the website. After repeated emails no delivery. In the end I raised a case, thankfully I had paid through PayPal. They did not communicate with me or paypal, so I was refunded by PayPal NOT the Hotpink haberdashery.
This is not the first time I had problems, but didn't learn from my previous experiences thinking they wouldn't do it again.
AVOID!

"Very Disappointing"

I've had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for fabric on Tuesday, August 13th. They informed me on Monday 19th they were out of stock (Communication is the key, they should notify as soon as they receive the order). It's now the 23rd, but I'm still waiting for my delivery. Despite sending multiple emails, I've received very few responses, and when I tried calling, I couldn't get through to anyone. The level of service and customer care has been extremely poor.
