I guess I have to call to find out if my spouse is covered, since I cannot tell from the dashboard and was never given an option to put in his info... Now I have to go check my credit card to see how much I was charged, since for some reason you cannot add that to the dashboard... Plus you don't have an option to opt out of auto renewal...

After having a rocky start, Identity Force has since redeemed themselves by fixing all the issues regarding my account. Only time will tell what the long-term experience will be with this company, and I will post another review when nearing my year’s end, but so far so good. Not yet a 5-star experience because of the rough beginning and needing time to evaluate the service, but things are definitely looking up and based on how hard they worked for the resolution of all things, I think I can now say this company is worth a try. Their price alone is enough to dictate a closer look.

"Time Delay in Alert related activity"
I did a follow up on a credit alert from Equifax concerning activity on a credit card that I did not use in many years. After spending considerable waiting time contacting Bank of Amer - fraud dept it turns out the card was closed which triggered the alert. That is good. However, the card was closed over 3 weeks ago. Is there anyway Identity Force can put some pressure on these credit monitoring folks to forward this information quicker? A lot of damage could have been done if the activity had been true fraud. I did appreciate getting the Alert.

Pretty impressive online dashboard. Easy to sign up and get started.
Two suggestions:
1. The protection status gives you a percentage. I'm at 87%. I've added and activated every possible item I can think of (lost wallet, transaction monitoring, bank accounts, etc.) but cannot seem to get to 100%. It doesn't tell you what else you are missing to get to 100%.
2. The credit scores lack information. It doesn't tell you anywhere that I can find what model was used to determine the score. My FICO scores are 821, 829, 831. These scores came in at 798, 784, 771. They should provide what information on what types of scores these are (FICO, Vantage Score, their own model, etc.).
