Happen to be someone who does not have a smart phone and having to get a text to login to my account is a real pain.

I recently completed a 2 week free trial of the UltraSecure product and decided to immediately upgrade to UltraSecure+Credit. I noticed that my credit card reflected charges for each product ( a charge for $17.95 and another for $23.95). I called and talked to someone at your company who gave me excellent service and set up a credit for my account. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. Her customer service skills were excellent and I was pleased with her assistance!

I called back a little later for technical support with a problem I was having with no credit scores appearing on my dashboard and being unable to successfully activate some of the "Credit Protection" features that I upgraded for. I spoke with Meredith who provided excellent technical support and helped me resolve my problem. She was very knowledgable about the product and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. She was very friendly and her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thus far I have been very pleased with both your customer service and technical assistance staff and look forward to exploring the advanced features that Meredith assisted me with. Keep employing staff of their caliber and Identity Force will continue to impress your customers!

So far I'm really pleased with the service and the web site is easy to navigate and very descriptive with whats going on. I'm going to add my girl friend because her company gave every employee nation wide , all personal info to a foreign scammer . I'm really concerned for her as is she obviously and I hope nothing comes of it but that's not likely so I want to insure she gets the BEST help out there. Thanks and have a great day.
