Some of the reports are useful, but some such as the email monitoring one is pretty useless. The email one lets you see where your email address might be used, but it's extremely, if not impossible, to do anything about it. The web monitoring application is pretty useless since I have other safeguards in place. The Three Bureau Credit Report Monitoring Alert and the Smart SSN Tracker Alert are useful. I was already aware of the contents of each, but it makes it easier to check on a regular basis. Currently, it's too early to tell if this service is the best for my family or if I will select a different one at the end of 1 year.
