Can only pull credit report once every 3 months. Other free credit report services provide daily updates (very important if victim of identity theft).

Site times you out before you have time to review report, so you better print it out quickly.

The social media alerts aren't helpful because they don't provide a link to the tweet or account were an issue may exist so you can mitigate.

Report data not thorough since not showing addresses, which is how I found out I had identity theft through another free credit report service when I saw a foreign address listed.

My checking account was hacked and between October of 2017 and December, over $3000 was secreted out of the account, mostly in $2-10 increments with two charges of greater than $600. This was missed by Identity Force and without a good explanation, I will cancel the account in the next 2 weeks.
