"five grandchildren/three scooters"
I have five grandchildren. I have two of the small scooters for the younger ones, and one for the "pre" teen size. When I tried to order more for the other younger grands, I was so disappointed to find out you don't make the kids size anymore. I do not want the dirt bike, I want the scooters. Grandkids are competitive and want the same things to "keep peace". Maybe someday you'll bring them back

Great customer service! Scooter was damaged but couldn't find a box big enough to send it back to them. They sent the replacement to me first so I can use that box to send the damaged one back. 5 stars all the way and highly suggested!

I recently bought my first electric scooter from Hiboy as a family transportation solution. I have no prior experience with scooters so I really didn't know what was good. But after searching online I came across the Hiboy company, so I checked out their options. I decided to go with the X300. The purchase was problem free. It arrived in a little over a week. After about a week of riding it I had a few issues. At first I posted a question on their website to see if I could get it resolved there. But after several days, decided to contact customer service. The advice they gave me on one issue didn't help me. I eventually got help for that from another customer's review. But the second issue became a real safety concern for me and I wanted to return the scooter. So I sent an email informing them of that. I didn't get a response until the return deadline had expired. At that point, they worked with me to get the problem resolved. After several email conversations we were able to find a viable solution and they have
gained another satisfied customer. I love my Hiboy x300!

"HiBoy Maxx Pro 10/10"
Bought my Hiboy MaXX pro over a year ago. Since then 6 of my other buddies have bought one. We have taken this scooter to it's limit. Everything we go out into our downtown area, we can comfortably ride around for 3-4 hours without battery concerns, we go out in big groups and take these scooters with us. Falls, crashes, bang, dings and dents this scooter pushes through.. only 2 of us have ever got a flat tire. Both rear tires, that was probably the most difficult part about this scooter was changing that tire. Otherwise, zero complaints from me... now a year and 50+ maxxxed out rides later and the battery is starting to dwindle. Scooter doesn't push as fast or last as long but still provides a solid ride. 10/10

"I bought the EX6 bike for hunting last…"
I bought the EX6 bike for hunting last year and I love the bike it gets me there fast and saves me a lot of time but the brakes make so much noise when stopping it drives me crazy. I've tried everything from cleaning the disc to putting different lubricants on them. Please help. The customer support team was fast to fix my problem. Thank you for your support.

I have to say that I haven't received this level of customer service in a longtime. They were super helpful and helped me with an issue that occurred with an item that was shipped out to me and also helped me diagnosis a error code that mu sons scooter had I highly recommend Hiboy and will do so to all my friends that ever show interest in scooter

"I have a numerous issues with my Max Pro…"
I have a numerous issues with my Max Pro.
From the Beginning, Customer service was great until continued product issues and defects kept happening. I had to send the first one back for a warranty they did send me a new scooter, however they sent me one with front shocks that were manufacturer defect including rust on the bottom screws.
I'm trying to get parts resent,for going on 3 months, they sent them to the wrong address two times after I corrected them numerous times.
To date I have more than 70 emails back and forth with highboy since May of 2024
Honestly I've had more downtime than run time
I did ask for a refund within 30 days into my purchase
However they convinced me that parts would be sent and everything would be okay I did not find that to be true I did ask for a refund after continued issues I was told only 30 days could I get a refund
feeling disappointed and tricked .
I'm definitely disappointed with Hiboy feeling that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I've been sent multiple packages with bolts and nuts not for my model radomly and not requested.They sent phone holder me for compensation for one of my issues
I ended up getting two sent to me.
At one point they offered me a refurbished Max Pro yet I paid for a new one difference being $150
they would not compensate

My honest opinion is for the $711 I spent for a brand new Max Pro ,your money would go a lot further with a different electric scooter company.
I requested a refund which I was denied.
I also requested a different model as I have had multiple problems and issues with the Max Pro

I was even (which I don't feel that I had to or should have) willing to pay for the upgrade (difference in price).....

The bikes great for off road it's a big bike rides well The tires hum a little Going down a paved road But I like that sound I've had my bike for a year now I've only had 1 issue Contact the Contact customer service They fixed a problem with the issue I had I read somewhere Where someone said The light wasn't bright enough I ride my bike late at night Off road on bike trails In the middle of the woods The light is bright enough that's all I have to say
