WHAT A JOKE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will not answer your calls, emails, or text messages. I have called 3 time to cancel, and no one will return my call or talk to me. I have wasted an hour today trying to talk with someone. I think the BBB should be aware of this company. Flex Pro took my money really quick but as soon as I try and cancel nothing!! is this company even real. I am sure I will get the same response as others.

Luz provided excellent customer service and explanation to the error on my order! She was able to tell me about the issue and went over my future orders to ensure it did not happen again. I appreciated her assistance. FlexPro meals are great tasting meals and I highly recommend them!

"Terrible quality control"
I wanted this to be good, the food was tasty but they got the order incredibly wrong. They only packaged 6 out of the 10 meals correctly, the 4 of them were not meals we ordered. They even had it all correct on the packaging slip and still sent the wrong meals, terrible quality control.
Edit: Let's explain this company further, because it is crooked. The will immediately bill you for the next shipment even though our first shipment didn't arrive until Thursday. I cancelled it that Friday and they had already billed me for the next shipment. Research this company before buying, do not trust these trustpilot bot reviews, they have had a bad record going back to 2020 when the local news showed just how gross and unsanitary the food is. 0 stars if I could. They also do not have a phone line, my wife sat on hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on, they want to do everything through text and email, terrible product -- terrible customer service. Company should be shut down.

To start off absolutely terrible...we made our order which was a one time purchase order, to try out this brand. We received the food and I couldnt believe how salty the food was, it made both my husband and I sick. The first meal I opened was sour to taste and smell. It was awful. Mind you my husband does fitness shows and I am also into fitness and Im pregnant, we need healthy food... Not only did we throw over half the food away because gasses built up from the food going bad the the plastic film was bubbling up, but also my husband received a notification on his card saying he was charged 271.49 for another order! He never signed up for a subscription...customer service is terrible every time you call you are on hold for 30 minutes to an hour then the call drops....my husband and I will never order from here again....absolutely terrible...

Company will no longer respond to text messages, will not give me a number to contact a human being to discuss the issues with my orders. They have taken draws for orders but never fulfilled the orders. Requested my meals to be delivered by Wednesday and they show up around Friday. Have message through Facebook with no response text messages but no response. They continue to send the meals they want to send me rather than the meals that I requested. Tried to cancel my subscription and cannot contact anyone to cancel it.
