This company has done some super shady shit to me by randomly taking hundreds of dollars out of my account after not having their service for over 4 months. They took the money out 2 days before my rent was due and weren'tresponding to me the multiple times I have tried to reach out. Once I got a response they said they couldnt give a refund because it was now past the 1st of the month(I had been trying to reach out 3 days before then) If they have your info saved, RUN FROM THEM!

I’ve tried them on 2 different occasions to give them a fair chance and was disappointed TWICE!
I will say it’s better than doing McDonald’s… I hope? But I couldn’t tell what I was eating sometimes and then it would gross me out and didn’t want to eat it anymore, which is just a waste of money.
I had an employee reach out to me to give them another chance. Reluctantly, I did sign up but I was hopeful. There were a few meals that were pretty good but I’m not crazy about the texture and I don’t feel confident by the last meal if it’s still safe to eat.
But what made me upset, was that I wasn’t given the deal I was offered to come back but they then charged me $149 for 10 meals. 10 meals! I reached out to the employee who responded in one minute any other time we texted, but when I asked him for help as they charged me wrong, I never heard back. I tried to reach out a few times and then just messsged another number I found. He was prompt to expedite it to a manager. Another issue was when I was setting this up, I told the guy that I didn’t have time to babysit this subscription and expect the food to be there when it’s supposed to be there and charged the right amount. (Previous issues the first time as a customer).
He assured me all would be well but I, working 12-13 hour days right now, do NOT have time to be dealing with this back and forth. So I wanted to share the customer service experience I had with other shoppers, so that they can make a wise financial investment and so that the company can make any necessary changes to be better.

I signed up for 4 discounted boxes through the “pro” subscription.
First box everything was fine. Meals actually tasted pretty good.
I’ve now received my 2nd and 3rd box, and over 75% of the meals are not what I ordered.
They attach a menu inside the box with what’s supposed to be included the box and for the past 2 boxes, over 10 of my 15 meals have been wrong. I understand one meal being wrong here and there but it’s as if they shipped me someone’s else’s box entirely. Twice in a row!
I chatted with customer service and have had trouble even getting refunds on these boxes. They’re not letting me cancel until after I get my 4th box when they’ve broken their side of the commitment to quality. $170/box for the wrong meals is insane.
Get your first heavily discounted box and leave. It’s all downhill from there.

I got my first box of meals i was super excited until when i got it and opened the box i got the correct amount of meals but not the correct ones ive only tired one meal so far but the only thing that stoped me from leaving a 3 star is cause the chicken fried rice was pretty solid

Absolutely horrible. I’ve been trying to contact the company for a few days now regarding an incorrect order I received, I’ve not once heard back or have been able to speak with anyone. I get put on hold for hours just to be hung up on. I can’t even cancel my subscription because I can’t contact anyone!!!! They say it’s so easy to contact them but that is a BIG LIE! The reviews on this site must be fake because this is baffling! Reviews on REDIT say the same thing i’m saying! I’m going to have to cancel my card so I don’t get future charges, and report fraud. Please do not give this company business.
