Meals show up between Wednesday and Friday. I have been told they can’t guarantee a specific day for delivery. This creating a challenge with regards to meal planning.
Today we received our meals and missing one meal.
It seems to be something with each time.

Your food has down from 5 stars to 1 star in quality, menu options and taste. This is not a one-off experience, this is every one of your meals since you changed things. Unreal how much worse this food is, been a customer for three years and now im looking at competitors. Bring you old chef back or management, whatever changed, your company has gone to S@!# Not joking when i say the last two meals have been like flavorless dog food, either you changed chefs, management, supplies or are just penny pinching super hard. Not the same quality i have had for the last 3 years. Also your menu now sucks. I am soo angry I have to find a new service, this was such a great and convenient company up until now.

I asked the customer support Isabella to cancel my subscription 3 times. There is no cancel button, I emailed them, then they texted me, and I responded to cancel my subscription and they keep messaging me.
FlexProMeals like to harass their customers by texting them and constantly needing response. Sounds like a very shady business.

"5 Stars for a reason"
I recently purchased this product during a promotional offer. The food quality is exceptional, with a delectable taste and a satisfyingly filling texture. I opted for the smaller portion, which was surprisingly impressive. I believe two individuals could easily share a larger serving. While the cost may be slightly higher for reordering, I have not yet found myself consuming one serving per day. However, it is certainly feasible if desired. I appreciate the variety of options available, particularly the breakfast selections. I intend to place another order once I have completed my current one.

I had a really bad experience with Flex Pro Meals, and honestly, their advertising feels super fake. The meals they show in their promos look nothing like what you actually get. First off, I ordered on a Wednesday, and they didn’t even ship until a week later, so their whole “next-day shipping” claim is complete nonsense.
As for the “freshly made” part? Nope, not even close. The meals I got were stale, and they didn’t follow any of the dietary restrictions I specified—like avoiding lactose and spicy foods. And once you heat them up, they look awful, like a sad, unappetizing blob.
To top it off, the portions are ridiculously small. It’s more like a snack than a meal. I’m definitely never ordering from them again. Total waste of time and money.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I hardly ever go out of my way to write reviews but holy heck it is awful. I tried to skip a shipment a few weeks ago, but it was still shipped anyways. Despite me emailing customer service as soon as I saw the charge, nothing was done. Nothing at all. Not a discount offer, not an offer to cancel the order, nothing. They probably didn’t want to refund me the order since they didn’t even reply to my email until after I had already gotten the box (my calls and chat messages were completely unanswered). It is a PAIN to cancel your account. So just beware. Other than that, make sure you pick out your own meals every week because the ones that automatically send people who don’t make choices are pretty gross.

Where to begin?… I’ll skip the nightmare with the billing department and go straight to why we all ordered from Flexpro, the food. Just received my delivery and upon opening noticed the meals are only half frozen/half thawed. Not a great start. Then I noticed the portion sizes. Most are tiny! Maybe a snack size for most people, for instance the chicken fried rice, which I could fit in the palm of my hand (I have small hands). Now the kicker that pushed me over the edge - the ingredients! Complete garbage. I should have read the ingredients list (and it’s a LIST) before even completing my order. I just assumed that it was a “healthy” option since so many athletes are promoting this crap. If you order chicken and sweet potatoes, you would assume the list of ingredients would be rather short, maybe 6 ingredients?… NOPE! I stopped counting after 37, including high fructose corn syrup, sunflower oil, caramel coloring. So save your money and buy from another company. I’ve ordered from another well known brand and their ingredients are clean, simple and delicious. Sorry to say but Flexpro ia trash.

"The food sucks almost as bad as the service"
The food sucks, I mean it’s barely edible. It’s not really affordable, you’d be better off getting a frozen meal from the grocery store. What’s worse is their lousy customer service. They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription and the only way to contact them is through text. No email, no phone number, just a bunch of inexperienced people texting you without any kind of authority to assist you.

"Good customer service, but watery, salty food"
Good customer service and an honest weekly turnaround for meals.
The negatives to the meals are that they taste high in sodium, are watered down when they defrost (had to dump the water out before heating each time), and there are little to no veggies in the heat-to-eat meals.
Additionally, I noticed they sent the boxes without any unique packaging. It threw me off since the marketing shows a nice box they arrive in, but it’s just a traditional box with no branding. Just so you are aware.
I wouldn’t recommend to someone really drilling down on their nutrition. I am going to go back to Trifecta even though it’s 10% more a week. Definitely shouldn’t have deviated from my previous plan.
