I have been subscribed to Flex Pro for over two years now. Although there are gonna be accidents with meals and shipments, Customer service has always been willing to help me and fix mistakes when needed. They have always been accommodating and willing to reimburse or fix their mistakes which I love. I will always be thankful for them and thanks to Flex Pro I'm 115lbs down and still going!!

Flex pro meals is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Zero customer service and it's freaking impossible to cancel. The link i tried flex pro meals on i never once saw where it was going to be reoccurring. Then trying to reach customer service was a freaking nightmare. Call their number press 1 for customer service just to get hung up on over and over. List goes on with these crooks. Food was below average. Nothing good at all to say about my experience with them. Wish I could give a zero star.

I have been hitting it hard, getting back in good health, better health as you know - tomorrow isn't promised! I signed up for FlexPro meals. I ordered for a month (Monday through Fridays) for my lunch after working out. They have different types of meals to meet your goals. Low sodium, hi protein, low carbs ... I have had two meals so far and both mmm mmm mmm. They also help me with my portion control lol lol lol

I read some not so good reviews about communications. So far, they have been great, texting and emailing me. Clean lines of communication. My Rock Star rep, name Hope has been wonderful. She has been so helpful throughout the process and with all my questions.

Some great specials as well. I got the $4 dollars for the first 21 meals and then $6.99 for life meals.

My first shipment came in (frozen) and I had one meal busted. Instant credit.

Onwards in my journey for me to be able to keep up with my grandkids - Conrad, Hudson, Zaylee and Easton lol.

I feel this company is a scam in that you receive your meals, but they have your card info for good, unless you stop future payments and report them through your bank. There is no way to reach anyone over the phone (number is disconnected). When you text, someone responds hours later offering you more food. I have stopped all future payments and will not be purchasing from them anymore.
