My flight from WestJet got changed so I miss my third flight when I land in Canada I asked you guys to call them and keep my return flight but refund my outgoing flight because I had to buy a new flight you guys told me that WestJet would not do that so I called them today I waited on hold for 4 hours and 5 minutes they told me that that was not true and you can give me a refund on half of it when it's their fault like this and they changed the flights on me please refund me the first part of my flight and keep my return Sincerely Andrew

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They offered a price, while I was in the process of booking they said the price was changed. Then, I booked a trip with another airline through them. They charged my card, after 3 hours they said that the price was again changed. They texted me saying that they have not charged my card but when I checked with my bank, they said that the company actually charged my account. They stopped answering my texts and I have been on a long hold when I am trying to call them.

Do not use. Promised a price on a flight then cancelled my reservation 5 days later without warning, when the tickets I ordered were sold out. When I called to fix it, phone representatives were nice but repeatedly transferred me and wasted my time, and would not fulfill my reservation.
