SCAMMERS!!!!!! If I could have give -5 I would have done so. I purchased my 3 flight tickets online, payment went through successfully, and never got the booking confirmati1on on my email. That sounded like a red flag and I decided to call the customer service. They said to wait 24hrs. I waited the next day and got transferred between departments 8 times to only tell me that since my price fare increased that could not issue that ticket and they issues a refund for that mistake. The refund takes 3-10 business day and that caused me the opportunity to book another flight. Don't to my mistake and BOOK with a SERIOUS Company

Jacob did a very good job of going out of his way to find a more suitable ticket at a reasonable price for our trip. I was surprised at how he called and emailed to make sure things were in line. Most agencies don't do this.

"Exceptional Customer Service "
I went through my regular travel agent to purchase my tickets but it was very expensive so I decided to check other avenues and lo and behold WOWFARE popped up and said for me to request a quote through email or telephone. And BAM I got in touch with Jill C who assured me that she will do her very best to get me a decent and affordable ticket. We exchanged phone calls back and forth and finally she got me an affordable ticket, and I want to say thank you for the time and effort she put in to make sure that I got my travel plans in check. WOWFARE is my go to travel agency from henceforth. Thank you Jill, I appreciate all you did to make sure that I can travel with ease.

"This company is horrible"
This company is horrible. Ginny charged by card ($400) without my consent and refused to refund me. I said many times to not charge my card until I received clarification on some questions and she told me to "not be confused" and charged my card anyways. Now they are refusing to refund me and have a "what's done is done" attitude about it. I cannot say enough terrible things about them, especially Ginny and her supervisor. Never use this company

"Controlling, expensive with poor customer service"
Expensive flexible fare booked with Aer Lingus but couldn’t book seats or extra bags and Ovado customer service just fobbed you off.
Would never book with them even if was a cheap deal.
